Our qualified Systems Engineers can help you specify a new server and network, purchase and install hardware and software, advise on network security, configure access, and solve basic or complex queries. If you have a problem that we can’t solve, we can go direct to high level support in our partner organisations like Microsoft.

A tailored contract
Cemoc’s Total System Support is provided on an annual contract. We don’t assume that one size fits all, but tailor the contract to your system requirements and your budget. Telephone, email and remote server support are standard and we can include on-site support as required. Our remote server support means we can connect into your system without visiting your site, so we can make changes and work through problems more quickly.
